At TM Watch Co., we take great pride in the high standards of our case refinishing work. Our goal is always to restore each timepiece as faithfully as possible to its original factory finish. We go to meticulous lengths to ensure every surface, angle, and transition line is crisp, clean, and correct. Case finishing is performed using a precision lapping machine, which allows us to reproduce the sharp edges, flat surfaces, and defined transitions found on a watch when it first left the manufacturer. This method is far superior to hand-polishing alone and is critical for preserving the original geometry of the case.
Each part of the watch case—whether it’s the bezel, lugs, case sides, or bracelet—is individually addressed and finished to match its original specification. Surfaces are polished, brushed, grained, or sandblasted as needed, depending on the watch’s design. To maintain as much structural integrity and material thickness as possible, we utilize advanced laser welding to fill in dents, dings, and worn areas prior to refinishing. This process allows us to restore volume and shape without excessive metal removal during lapping. The result is a finish that not only looks factory-fresh but also preserves the long-term value and integrity of the timepiece.

With the use of precision abrasive belts and discs, we are able to execute an extensive range of surface finishes and edge profiles with exceptional accuracy. Whether the task involves sharp chamfers, mirror-polished bevels, or fine vertical brushing, our equipment allows us to cut precise angles and replicate factory-level finishes on any part of the watch case or bracelet. At the core of this process is our German-engineered lapping and finishing machine—widely regarded as one of the finest in the industry. Its robust build, ultra-fine adjustment capabilities, and consistent performance ensure a level of control that simply can’t be matched by conventional tools.
