TM Watch Co. takes the safe transportation of your watch seriously. Watches shipped through our arranged shipping service are sent using FedEx Express with insurance coverage provided through Parcel Pro.
TM Watch Co. Arranged Shipping
Upon request, TM Watch Co. can provide the customer with shipping instructions and a prepaid FedEx Express label for sending the watch to our service facility. The shipment will be insured Once the repair or restoration is complete, the watch will be returned using FedEx Express with Parcel Pro insurance unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Customers must follow all packaging and shipping instructions provided by TM Watch Co. Insurance coverage may be limited or denied if the watch is improperly packaged, inaccurately described, undervalued, or shipped in a manner that does not comply with the carrier’s or insurer’s requirements.
Customer-Arranged Shipping
Customers may choose to arrange shipping independently. When using a customer-selected carrier or shipping service, the customer is responsible for:
• Selecting the shipping carrier and service level
• Properly packaging and securing the watch
• Purchasing adequate insurance for the full value of the watch
• Providing TM Watch Co. with a prepaid and fully insured return shipping label
• Confirming that the selected insurance policy covers watches, jewelry, and other high-value items
TM Watch Co. is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, delay, or misdelivery of a watch shipped using a customer-provided label or customer-selected shipping service. All shipping risk and liability associated with customer-arranged transportation remains with the customer.
TM Watch Co. cannot file or manage an insurance claim for a shipment purchased or arranged by the customer. Any claim must be submitted directly by the customer to the applicable carrier or insurance provider.Selecting the shipping carrier and service level
Important Shipping Requirements
Please do not ship your watch until you have received confirmation and shipping instructions from TM Watch Co.
Unless specifically requested, please do not include the original presentation box, paperwork, accessories, or other items that are not necessary for the requested service.
Watches should be packaged securely inside a sturdy outer shipping box with sufficient protective material to prevent movement or damage during transportation.
The customer is responsible for accurately declaring the value of the watch. TM Watch Co. may request photographs, purchase records, appraisals, or other documentation before approving insurance coverage.
By shipping a watch to TM Watch Co., the customer acknowledges and agrees to the shipping terms stated above.
