Repair

         

        
          We do very extensive repair work at TM Watch. Virtually anything that is required can be done to bring your watch back into order. Whether it be broken dial feet, broken bands, parts that are corroded, bracelets that don’t close, hands that look undesirable, we do it all. Dont be afraid to send us a message about your watch that needs repair, we are here to help.

       



        A lot of parts can be made in-house such as hand pipes, case tubes, enlargement rings, and so on. We have capabilities at our shop that most watch shops simpy do not have, such as our CNC machining department. We can design and make virtually any tool out metal for special needs tooling for watch dissassembly and assembly, or special fixtures or holding devices for service or refinishing. 

CNC Milling

       



                       
           At TM Watch, we have full CNC machining capabilites to make our own parts, tools, fixtures and more. Our Haas VF-0 can make parts with extreme precision and repeatablility. The machine boasts a 20 tool automatic changer and 20 HP spindle! We also have a 4th Axis for this machine which allows us to turn the part while machining. This machine is a game changer for watchmaking. Parts and tools can be designed and made very quickly. You wont find many watch shops that have one of these in house. We are ready for any job!  

CNC Turning

Our CNC Lathe at TM Watch is allowing us to make all sorts of round parts with the most demanding tolerances. The Mori Seiki SL-25 is a 20 HP monster with a 10 Tool turret, automatic tool changer. Capable of turning parts up to a 20 inch diameter and a lenth of 40 inches, this allows us to make any tools or parts that we need to complete our operations.
