CNC Milling

 At TM Watch, we’re proud to offer full CNC machining capabilities, giving us the unique ability to manufacture our own parts, tools, fixtures, and more—all in-house. At the heart of our machining department is our Haas VF-0, a high-performance CNC mill known for its precision and reliability. Equipped with a 20-tool automatic changer and a powerful 20 HP spindle, this machine enables us to produce components with exceptional accuracy and repeatability. We’ve also outfitted it with a 4th axis, allowing us to rotate parts during machining—an essential feature for creating complex geometries and round components often used in watchmaking.

This level of equipment is rare in the watch repair industry and is a true game-changer. It allows us to rapidly prototype and manufacture custom solutions, whether we’re crafting replacement parts, specialized service tools, or intricate holding fixtures for restoration work. By eliminating the wait times and limitations of outsourcing, we ensure both speed and precision in every job. CNC Turning

At TM Watch, our CNC turning capabilities are driven by the Mori Seiki SL-250/BMC1000, a robust and highly capable lathe designed for precision and heavy-duty performance. This 28-horsepower machine is equipped with a 12-station turret, automatic tool changer, live tooling for on-center and off-center milling operations, a bar feeder for continuous production, a part catcher for efficiency, and a chip conveyor for seamless material evacuation. These features allow us to operate with exceptional efficiency and repeatability, even when handling complex, multi-operation parts.
With a turning capacity of up to 15 inches in diameter and 44 inches in length, this machine gives us the ability to produce a wide range of components—from small precision bushings and custom screws to large case rings and holding fixtures. Its rigid construction and high spindle torque make it ideal for cutting stainless steel, titanium, brass, and other materials commonly used in horology and tooling. By producing our own round parts, custom jigs, press dies, and tool adapters in-house, we eliminate reliance on third-party vendors and ensure tight control over quality, tolerances, and turnaround time. This machine is a cornerstone of our ability to perform advanced watch service and toolmaking at a level few others in the industry can match.
