Our goal is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase or restoration. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and service guarantees.
Returns on Watches and Watch Parts
• Eligibility: You may return any unused, unworn, and unaltered watch or watch part within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags, protective films, boxes, certificates, and accessories included.
• Exclusions:
Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or installation will not be accepted.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for insured return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defect).
Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Service and Restoration Work
• All restoration and repair services are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If an issue arises with workmanship or performance within 1 year of service completion, we will review the timepiece and correct any verified issues at no additional labor charge, parts are however, not included, and will be charged to the customer.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, moisture intrusion due to mishandling, or tampering by third parties after service.
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange a product for another model or item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges are subject to availability and inspection of the returned item.
