SLA Printing For Watch Tooling
With 3D printing, we are able to design and manufacture specialty tools which are caliber specific for any watch brand or movement. This helps us to service watches faster and more professionally without the need for costly machining times.
Extremely Precise Manufacturing
The SLA printer uses a special UV curing liquid resin which is turned into a solid by a special UV high resolution screen. The printer cures in layers and pulls the part out of the liquid resin. These parts are almost seamless, and are extremely acturate in dimesion from the original drawing.
FDM Printing
With the use of filament type printing, we are able to print very large, strong prints for anything we need. Special tools, fixtures, and holders can be made for any watch on the spot. The Bambu Lab X1 Carbon is a flawless printer that is fast, extremely precise and can print difficult to print materials like PTEG, ABS, and rubber-like TPU filament.
